The WWII Bristol Centaurus Engine for Tempest Mk.II, for Special Hobby Kit, is a 1/32-scale resin accessory set from CMK.
The Bristol Centaurus radial engine represented the pinnacle of British radial engine development. It was developed during World War II but was primarily used after the war. It found its main application in the Tempest Mk.II, Sea Fury, Buckingham, and Brigant fighter aircraft, as well as in civilian Ambassadors. This engine model, designed for the SH32054 Tempest Mk.II kit, also represents a certain pinnacle. Together with the Sabre engine (CMK set 5110), it is the best we have prepared for 1/32-scale models. The cylinders are cast separately, and the reduction gearbox is cast in two versions: with the aerodynamic cover attached or removed. This allows you to install the engine into the model with or without a propeller. The set also includes hinged engine cowlings. ACCESSORY: UK / post-WWII
This is an add-on set; plastic kit, paint, and glue are not included unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
