The G7117 1.5T 4x4 towing vehicle was one of the US Army's key support vehicles during World War II. The vehicle was used to evacuate damaged equipment, especially light and medium trucks and jeeps, from the battle line back to the rear. It was rugged, reliable and equipped with a powerful winch, making it an indispensable aid in logistical and combat conditions. It was deployed on all major fronts, including Europe and the Pacific.
