Hobby Boss 1/35 Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. D Tauch is a plastic kit of a tank for assembly. The Tauchpanzer IV Ausf. D is a German tank conversion for submerged driving, originally prepared for the planned invasion of Britain. Sealed openings and waterproof covers around the gun and machine-gun mountings distinguished it from a standard Panzer IV.
The kit contains 46 plastic sprues plus separate main lower-hull and turret parts. Tracks use individual links and vision blocks are clear. A photo-etched fret is accompanied by copper cable. Two decal sheets, A and B, offer several tactical-number options. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Nationality: Germany. Period: World War II.
