Trumpeter 1/35 USMC LAV-AD represents the air-defence member of the LAV family used by the US Marine Corps. The combination of Stinger missiles and a GAU-12 rotary cannon in the Blazer turret gives this variant distinct armament and appearance compared with the basic LAV-25.
Kit 00393 provides one-piece upper and lower hull components, eight rubber tyres and clear parts. A photo-etched fret adds small details, while the decals cover USMC vehicles. This release adds an air-defence subject to a collection of LAV-family vehicles. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Nationality: USA. Period: Modern era.
