1/48 F4F-3 early Wildcat

Hobby Boss 1/48 F4F-3 Wildcat Early is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The early F4F-3 has a fixed, non-folding wing. This release offers markings for VF-72 aboard USS Wasp and VMF-111 in 1941; the illustrated 72-F-16 example has yellow upper wings, a silver fuselage and black tail surfaces.

The 80 parts comprise 73 grey and seven clear components. The kit depicts the engine behind its cowling, undercarriage struts and framed canopy. Two underwing fuel tanks and alternative cowling parts are included. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
