1/48 HP.52 Hampden B.Mk.I - Fuselage Bomb Bay Ordnance Set/ for ICM kits

Handley Page HP.52 The Hampden was one of the Royal Air Force's main medium bombers in the early years of World War II. The machine featured a distinctive narrow fuselage and a heavily glazed nose, earning it the nickname "Flying Suitcase". The Hampden was deployed primarily in night bombing operations over Germany and the occupied territories, where it formed, along with the Wellington and Whitley types, the backbone of Bomber Command until they were replaced by four-engined heavy bombers. The fuselage bombsight was a key part of the armament - allowing it to carry a diverse range of bombs depending on the type of mission, from fragmentation to incendiary to mines designed to mine harbours and coastal waters.
