1/48 L-4 Grasshopper Engine (Continental O-170-3)
The L-4 Grasshopper Engine (Continental O-170-3) is a 1/48-scale 3D-printed resin conversion kit from CMK.
The set includes a fully printed engine along with a fire wall and engine mount with timing belts. The engine cowlings are printed separately. This set replaces the discontinued resin set 4453, as it offers much higher quality and ease of assembly.
This is an add-on set; the plastic kit, paints, and glue are not included unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
Recommended Use
- Before assembly, degrease, clean, and dry-fit the part
- Use an adhesive suitable for resin
- We recommend applying a primer before painting
- Model paints, brushes, or an airbrush are suitable for finishing
