The starter cart was used to start jet aircraft engines using a high-pressure, high-velocity airflow generated by a small turbine hidden inside the starter’s body. The MA-1A cart was in service from the 1950s and was used with many USAF jet aircraft, such as the T-33A and T-38, but it was also capable of starting the massive turboprop C-130. The set includes photo-etched parts and decals.
This is an add-on kit; the plastic model kit, paints, and glue are not included unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
Recommended Use
- Before assembly, degrease and clean the part, and perform a dry fit
- Use an adhesive suitable for resin
- We recommend applying a primer before painting
- Model paints, brushes, or an airbrush are suitable for finishing
