1/48 Romanian IAR-80

Hobby Boss 1/48 IAR-80 is a plastic kit of an aircraft for assembly. The Romanian radial-engined IAR-80 fighter offers two markings, white numbers 42 and 137. Crosses and yellow recognition areas are complemented by a rudder in Romanian national colours.

Over 70 plastic parts are arranged on four sprues. The engine has separate cylinder rows and additional details, while the cockpit includes a seat, control stick and instrument panel. The clear windscreen and sliding canopy section are separate. Photo-etched parts add seat harnesses and small cockpit fittings. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
