H2K 1/72 Douglas OA-4M Skyhawk - Samurai is a two-seat reconnaissance and training variant of the famous American fighter in an attractive Japanese-inspired livery. The package does not include the paint or glue needed for assembly.
The Douglas OA-4M Skyhawk was developed as a two-seat variant of the famous A-4 light attack aircraft, designed primarily for advanced pilot training and reconnaissance missions. The aircraft retained its excellent flight characteristics, compact design and ability to carry a wide range of armament, making it a very effective machine even in later service.
The OA-4M version was used primarily by the United States Marine Corps in the 1970s and 1980s, often in combination with combat training and in support of ground operations. This particular kit carries the "Samurai" designation and features unique Japanese-inspired camouflage, making it an attractive model for aviation enthusiasts and collectors alike.
The 1/72 scale model is based on reliable moulds and includes high quality decals by Cartograf.
