    These 1/72 ASK wheels are intended for the Special Hobby F-84F Thunderstreak kit. The main wheels have longitudinal tread grooves, a bolted rim and brake detail on the inner face; the nose wheel has a spoked disc. Compared with the kit's plastic parts they are noticeably more three-dimensional.

    The Republic F-84F Thunderstreak was a swept-wing fighter-bomber that served with the US Air Force and many NATO air forces in the 1950s. On a jet, wheels with visible hubs are among the first undercarriage details a viewer notices.
