1/72 German 760x100 spoked wheels - 1 pair
ASK 1/72 German 760x100 spoked wheels: the largest of the three German ASK wheel sets, a pair produced by 3D printing. The tyres carry Continental lettering and the 760x100 N.S. size.
At 760×100 mm, these 1/72 ASK wheels are wider and sturdier than the 610×85 and 710×85 sets. The print captures individual wire spokes, the hub with a ring of bolts and the rim with valve; the tyre sidewall carries raised Continental lettering with medallions and, twice, a panel reading 760x100 – N.S.
Wheels with Continental tyres were typical of German WWI aircraft. The tyre marking gives diameter and width in millimetres, so the set is easy to check against references for your subject.
