This accessory set from Clear Prop features realistic resin parts for the air brakes of the Soviet MiG-19 fighter jet in 1/72 scale. The MiG-19, produced since the 1950s, was the Soviet Union’s first mass-produced supersonic fighter, and its aerodynamic air brakes were a crucial component of its controllability during both maneuvering and landing.
The set contains precision-cast parts featuring the internal structure of the spoilers and thin edges that cannot be reproduced on standard plastic parts at this level of detail. Thanks to its design, it allows modelers to build a model with the airbrakes open, thereby significantly increasing the level of detail and the technical impression of the finished model.
