AK Interactive Book Cut-Outs is an English-language publication aimed at modellers and diorama builders who want to enrich their scenes with paper details. The book has 202 pages, a hard cover and Wire-o binding, so the pages open flat. It was created by Tomek Wajnkaim, Martin Csnadi, Maciej Goralczyk, Ruben González and Tommy Doyle.
The content comprises a wide selection of posters, boxes from different eras, signs, flags, magazines, newspapers, calendars, rugs, marking tapes, maps and countless small decorative elements. The material is prepared for 1/35, 1/48 and 1/72 scales and is clearly organised by type of accessory. A distinctive feature is the use of seven different types of paper so that each element suits its character.
Thematically the book covers front lines and rear areas, camps, streets, workshops and command posts, making it useful for scenes from various periods and historical fronts. It suits modellers building a vignette or a larger diorama who are looking for believable accessories that add context and atmosphere.
