AK Diorama - Big Grey Rocks

AK8258 BIG GREY ROCKS Medium size natural rocks is a set of medium size natural rocks with distinctly angular edges, used for realistic representation of rocky terrain in dioramas and scenes. The rocks are suitable for a wide range of environments - from mountainous and rocky areas to coastal scenery to devastated battlefields with ruins and debris. Due to the natural origin of the material, each piece looks authentic and brings an organic texture to the model that cannot be easily replicated by artificial means.

The set is primarily designed for 1:35 scale, where the stones are sized to match real boulders and rock fragments, but can also be used in 28mm scale (wargaming, figures) or larger scales where they serve as smaller stones or gravel. The material is easy to modify - stones can be sorted by size, broken into smaller pieces or combined with other terrain elements (sand, grass, leaves). Fixing to the substrate is done with white glue or with the special Gravel & Sand Fixer (AK118), which ensures a firm hold even on vertical surfaces.

Natural stones bring authenticity and time saving to modelling - there is no need to model individual pieces by hand or cast them. The set is suitable for military dioramas (battlefields, fortifications, trenches), civilian scenes (country roads, walls, ruins) and fantasy and sci-fi settings.
