Italeri 6450 – Sd. Anhanger 51
This 1:35 plastic kit depicts the German Sd. Anhanger 51 trailer from the Second World War. The box includes two trailers, making it suitable both for pairing with a vehicle and for building a larger supply scene.
The real trailer was developed as an ammunition carrier and was typically seen with anti-aircraft half-tracks armed with 20 mm Flak guns. In the field, however, it also hauled other supplies, so it fits a wider range of Wehrmacht subjects than flak units alone.
Its lower U-shaped frame was notably robust and suitable for road and off-road use. That practical design makes the type a convincing addition alongside German trucks, half-tracks and other support vehicles.
