ASK half-round lead wire with a 1.0 × 0.7 mm profile, 140 mm lengths, approximately 14 pieces per pack. Suited to heavier lines, cable looms and strips in interiors and bays.
With its 1.0 × 0.7 mm half-round cross-section, this ASK lead wire is heavier than the 0.6 × 0.4 mm and 0.8 × 0.55 mm versions. The pack holds around 14 pieces, each 140 mm long. The flat underside sits neatly against cockpit walls, bulkheads or hull floors, while the rounded top represents a pipe, cable or moulded strip.
Soft lead is easy to shape and stays where it is bent instead of returning to its original position. The material works on aircraft and military vehicles alike – for engine bay plumbing, pipework in wheel wells or stiffeners on internal structures.
