1/48 IMAM (Romeo) Ro.37 A30 engine

The IMAM (Romeo) Ro.37, introduced into service in 1934, was designed as a two-seat reconnaissance and light bomber aircraft. Its design was a combination of modern features, such as all-metal construction, and traditional twin wings, which ensured its versatility and reliability in a variety of operational conditions. Powered by a powerful Fiat A.30 engine, it achieved good speed and altitude performance, enabling it to operate in challenging battlefields, including Ethiopia and the Spanish Civil War.

The aircraft served in the Regia Aeronautica Air Force and in several other countries. The Ro.37 became a symbol of Italian military aviation before World War II and played an important role in Italian military campaigns. Although it was gradually replaced by more modern aircraft, its contribution to the air operations of the 1930s is unquestionable.
