    Shipping & Payment – B2B Customers

    Individually Calculated Shipping

    We calculate shipping individually for each order to find the most cost-effective solution without compromising delivery speed or quality.
    You only pay what’s truly necessary – no hidden fees.

    How it works

    1. You place your order via our shop or individually.

    2. Once the order is packed, we weigh and measure the parcel and look for the best shipping option based on the destination and size.

    3. We contact you with the shipping price and proposal.

    4. After your approval, we issue the invoice and send a payment link or bank details.

    5. Once paid, the order is dispatched immediately.

    If you have your own shipping account or preferences, we’re happy to work with it.

    Regular customers

    For regular customers, we often already know which shipping method you prefer – which helps speed things up.

    Complete vs. partial shipping

    • Hold backorders and ship everything together

    • Or ship available items immediately and the rest later – depending on your preference.
