Tamiya 14037 Yamaha RZV500R is a 1:12 scale plastic kit for assembly. The road-going RZV500R brought the YZR500 racer’s layout to a production motorcycle. The model captures its slender fairing, single-seat cover and liquid-cooled 500 cc two-stroke V4, including carburettors and radiator.
Four exhaust runs end in plated silencers. The rear Monocross suspension uses a metal coil spring; vinyl tubing represents ignition leads and coolant hoses. Indicators are clear parts for painting. The 2026 edition includes Cartograf decals with red stripes and a B5 colour reference-photo leaflet. Dimensions are 172 × 56 × 97 mm.
Paint and cement are not included.
