It faithfully imitates grey granite grit and is ideal for volcanic, rocky or urban scenes where you need a stone-rich soil. As the granular is loose, it is essential to use a fixing medium (e.g. Vallejo Terrain Fixer) to create a stable and matt terrain. Packing: 50 g. Give your models a solid, stone base!

This fine granulation is perfect for rendering fine granite sand, volcanic dust or gravel on paved paths and squares. Its grey, mottled hue is incredibly versatile: It works well in urban scenes (granite sidewalks, around buildings), but also in rural and mountain scenes of volcanic origin. Although visually calm, it carries a legacy of fire!
Important construction detail (Terrain stability). Since it is a loose material, a fixing medium is necessary to create a firm, durable and matt surface. Simply pour and shape the terrain, then slowly saturate it with Vallejo Terrain Fixer (or equivalent capillary glue). The fixer will ensure that your volcanic pebbles will not crumble when handling your model.
