The M18 57 mm Recoilless Rifle is a 1/35-scale 3D-printed resin conversion kit from CMK.
This American recoilless rifle was developed and deployed in combat during World War II in 1944. A two-man crew consisting of a loader and a gunner provided their comrades with “pocket” artillery support. It could be fired from a soldier’s shoulder, from a tripod, or from a mount originally designed for the M1917 heavy machine gun. The M18 was also widely used in the Korean War, and although it was obsolete as an anti-tank weapon, it was supplied to the Vietnamese Army and used successfully in jungle combat against the communist PAVN. Thanks to 3D printing, the model offers details that cannot be produced using other technologies. In addition to the 3D-printed parts, it also includes photo-etched parts and offers various firing mounts, including the M1917 tripod. It is complemented by photo-etched parts.
This is an add-on kit; the plastic kit, paints, and glue are not included unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
