1/48 F-35B Lightning II one-sided express fit mask for Kitty Hawk
ASK mask for the 1/48 F-35B Lightning II plastic kit from Kitty Hawk comes as a one-sided Express Fit set. Outline strips and small shaped masks cover the cockpit glazing from the outside, and the sheet also has round masks.
ASK designs these masks specifically for the clear parts of the Kitty Hawk F-35B Lightning II kit in 1/48 scale. The sheet of one-sided set 200-M48253 from the SCALE MASK range contains four curved outline masks 1–4 framing the cockpit glazing, seven small polygonal masks 5–11, four round masks 14 and two round masks 12.
The F-35B Lightning II is the first operational supersonic STOVL stealth fighter. It differs from the basic F-35 design by the LiftFan in the forward fuselage, driven by a shaft from the engine. For masking the inner side of the glazing as well, choose the double-sided version 200-M48252.
