The Plus Model 1/48 R-23R AA Apex is a detailed replica of the Soviet medium-range anti-aircraft missiles, used primarily on MiG-23 aircraft during the Cold War. The R-23R missile (NATO code AA-7 Apex) was a significant part of the Soviet Air Force’s arsenal and was used to engage air targets at medium range.
The kit contains 14 parts, photo-etched components, and decals for assembling two R-23R missiles and two APU-23 launchers.
