1/72 Junkers Ju-87 D-1 North Africa
Hobby 2000 1/72 Ju 87 D-1 North Africa is a plastic Stuka kit with three St.G.3 camouflage options from North Africa. Boxing 72019 includes Fujimi plastic parts, Cartograf decals and masks. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
Hobby 2000 1/72 Ju 87 D-1 North Africa 72019 depicts the Junkers dive bomber in North African service. The instructions cover three St.G.3 aircraft: Walter Sigel’s S7+AA at Siwa, Egypt, from August to October 1942; S7+EP at El Aouina, Tunisia, in 1942; and S7+IR in Tunisia in February 1943.
Fujimi plastic parts are complemented by Cartograf decals and masks. The kit includes cockpit and rear gunner positions, fixed undercarriage with fairings, and a choice of 500 or 1000 kg centreline bomb. This release depicts the D-1, not the anti-tank Ju 87 with underwing cannon.
Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
