1/72 U.S. Main Battle Tank M1A2 SEP V2 Abrams w/Trophy Active Protection System
Meng 72-016 U.S. Main Battle Tank M1A2 SEP V2 Abrams w/Trophy Active Protection System 1/72 is a plastic kit of the American Abrams tank with Trophy active protection. Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
The M1A2 SEP V2 is an upgraded version of the American Abrams main battle tank; SEP stands for System Enhancement Package. Some tanks of this version received the Israeli Trophy active protection system, which detects and defeats incoming anti-tank projectiles.
The Meng kit in 1/72 scale depicts the tank with Trophy and a remote weapon station on the turret, as the box art shows. It complements the earlier Abrams M1A2 SEP TUSK II (72-003) from the same maker, so two different Abrams configurations can be shown in a collection.
The small 1/72 scale suits a collection of modern armour as well as dioramas with several vehicles.
Paints and glue required for assembly are not included.
