AK Acrylics 3GEN AFV Series RAL 8017 Rotbraun (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11330 RAL 8017 Rotbraun is an acrylic paint from the 3GEN AFV Series (18 ml). From spring 1943 to the end of the war this chocolate brown was part of the three-tone German vehicle camouflage.
RAL 8017 Rotbraun is one of the three core shades of late-war German camouflage offered by AK Interactive in its third-generation 3GEN AFV Series acrylics. It comes in an 18 ml bottle and is intended for brush and airbrush.
According to AK, a system with RAL 7028 Dunkelgelb as the base was introduced in spring 1943, with Rotbraun and RAL 6003 Olivgrün applied as disruptive patterns; from August 1944 the same colours appeared in factory-applied schemes. The shade is included in the AK11664 German Standard Colors 1943-45, AK11656 1937-44 Panzer Colors and AK11654 1945 Panzer Colors sets.
