AK Acrylics 3GEN Aircraft Series RAF Dark Slate Grey (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11849 RAF Dark Slate Grey is an acrylic paint from the 3GEN Aircraft Series in an 18 ml bottle. Dark Slate Grey is a dark shade from the palette of Second World War RAF Coastal Command and Fleet Air Arm aircraft.
RAF Dark Slate Grey comes from the Aircraft Series, the aviation part of AK Interactive's 3GEN acrylics. The paint is supplied in an 18 ml dropper bottle whose cap, according to the manufacturer, makes the shade quick to identify.
AK Interactive supplies the paint in the AK11728 WWII RAF Coastal Command & RN Fleet Air Arm Colors set, alongside Sky, Sky Grey, Extra Dark Sea Grey, Insignia White and Black. The set is intended for aircraft of RAF Coastal Command and the Royal Navy's air arm that patrolled over the sea during the war, so modellers use Dark Slate Grey on British maritime and patrol aircraft of the period.
