Each liner measures 15.4 × 21.2 cm, which corresponds to the standard AK Interactive pallet size, and is made from natural cotton fibre without chemical treatment. As a result, there are no undesirable reactions with the inks or changes in their properties. The neutral white colour of the material ensures that the inlay does not affect the perception of shades during mixing and allows an accurate evaluation of the resulting tone.

The inserts are supplied in packs of two, allowing regular replacement according to the intensity of use. For proper function, it is necessary to saturate the insert with water before use and keep it moist throughout the work.
