Base: Leadbelcher is an acrylic base paint from the Citadel Base Paints range, which forms the basis of the classic Games Workshop miniature painting method. Leadbelcher is a metallic silver paint with a high pigment content, which provides excellent opacity in the first coat and allows for a solid, even base for other painting techniques.

This paint is specially designed as a base coat for metal surfaces - weapons, armour, mechanical components, vehicles and technical details. Leadbelcher provides a realistic metallic effect that can be further enhanced with shading, layering or dry brushing to highlight edges and create depth. The paint is suitable for all Warhammer factions, from Space Marines to Necrons to the Imperial Guard and their fleet.

With a consistency optimized for brush application, the paint spreads easily, doesn't streak, and dries quickly. Leadbelcher can be used straight from the cup or lightly diluted with water or Citadel Medium for a finer application. The pack contains 12ml of paint, which is sufficient for basing larger models or larger projects.
