Legio Custodes: Custodian Dreadnought

The Custodian Dreadnought represents the pinnacle of Legio Custodes war technology - the elite guard of the Emperor of Mankind. These gleaming golden colossi combine an indestructible armored shell with the combat capabilities of an interned Custodian, creating a near-unstoppable force on the battlefield. Unlike the standard Dreadnoughts of other Legions, Custodian machines are masterpieces of craftsmanship, equipped with advanced weapon systems and energy shields worthy of the defenders of the Throneworld.

This multi-component plastic kit offers the opportunity to build one of two models of the Contemptor Dreadnought. Achillus is armed with the iconic dreadspear with a choice of two types of spikes and can carry a lastrum storm bolter, infernus incinerator or Adrathic combi-destructor on each arm. Galatus, on the other hand, is equipped with a massive war blade and a massive Gravis praesidium shield that provides excellent protection in close combat. Both designs are highly movable with a variety of posing options, allowing for a dynamic combat stance.

The model includes a wealth of customization options - there are two helmet masks, two helmet tops, two shoulder plate decorations, two chest armor decorations, and optional pteruges (decorative protective bands). The left arm of the Achillus can be assembled as open or closed, adding further variability. These options allow you to create a unique war machine to match your style of army.

The kit includes 162 plastic components, one Citadel 60mm round base, a Legio Custodes Dreadnought transfer sheet containing 165 high quality water transfers (Custodian symbols, text marking the locations of major battles and other decorative elements) and detailed building instructions.

Designed in a scale appropriate for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, this model is a formidable addition to any Legio Custodes army. Its rich detail and customization options make it suitable for both in-game use and as a challenging painting project or showcase exhibit. Requires assembly and comes unpainted.
