Legio Custodes: Venatari Sodality

The Venatari Sodality represents the elite air unit of the Legio Custodes, the personal guard of the Emperor of Mankind. These highly specialized fighters use advanced Custodian jump harnesses that allow them to hover above the battlefield and hunt their targets with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Venatari are trained to eliminate isolated enemy units and pose a deadly threat to any opponent who dares to separate themselves from their allies.

Each member of the unit can be armed in two ways depending on tactical need. The first option includes the tarsus buckler - a defensive shield - and the kinetic destroyer, a devastating ranged weapon using advanced archaeotech technology. The second option is the verutum lance, a spear designed for close combat that allows the Venatari to make devastating attacks during sudden descents from a height. Additionally, each warrior can carry an optional neutronium cascade mine, a special device capable of destroying vehicles at the molecular level. Two Venatari can be assembled to hold these weapons directly in their hands.

The set offers extensive customization options thanks to interchangeable parts: 10 heads (5 designs), 6 tarsus bucklers (3 designs), 8 Custodian jump harnesses (3 designs), 12 left shoulder pads (2 designs) and 12 right shoulder pads (2 designs). This variability allows you to create a unique unit with an individual look for each member.

The model is designed in the standard scale for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy and is suitable for both in-game use in Legio Custodes armies and as a challenging painting project for advanced modelers. The Venatari are a visually striking unit with the golden armour typical of the Custodes and dynamic poses capturing their airborne nature.

Kit includes 196 plastic components, 6 Citadel 40mm Round Bases and building instructions. Models require assembly and are shipped unpainted. The package does not include the paint or glue required for assembly.
