This shade is an authentic, lightly worn light brown tone imitating wood decks of warships that were painted in the colours of the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). The paint is mixed to simulate the deck planks, often covered with a thin, partially wiped-off protective layer or exposed to the effects of sun and salt ("Cleated Deck"). It provides a matt (Flat) finish, excellent opacity and is essential for the realism of decks.
