S-199 bubble canopy 1/72
Eduard S-199 bubble canopy in 1/72 scale is a Czechoslovak fighter kit from the post-war period, produced in Weekend edition with detailed plastic parts and decals for four camouflage schemes. The package does not include paint or glue needed for assembly.
The Avia S-199, nicknamed "Mezek", was a Czechoslovak post-war adaptation of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109G fighter aircraft, equipped with a Junkers Jumo 211 engine and a propeller from a Heinkel He 111 bomber. This combination resulted in a difficult to handle aircraft, but one that represented an important milestone in the rebuilding of the Czechoslovak Air Force after World War II.
Eduard S-199 bubble canopy kit in 1/72 scale (cat. 7471) from the Weekend edition offers detailed plastic parts without etched or resin accessories, which makes it an ideal choice for modelers who prefer a clean plastic build. Decals for four authentic camouflage schemes are included:
