The pad can be used to blend effects, remove excess material or clean the surface completely. With washes, wipe away the excess after drying; with pigments mixed in enamel thinner, proceed the same way after drying; with dry pigments, you can start immediately. The pad can be easily cut to shape with scissors or a blade.
