According to Tamiya, finishing abrasives are a key item for modellers, with myriad uses – from cleaning up join lines and filing down putty to preparing a surface for a final finish. The sheet material discourages gumming up of the surface and can be used for wet or dry sanding.

The set contains two P180, one P240 and two P320 sheets. The medium grits are suited to coarser work such as levelling seams and puttied areas.
