Vallejo Scenics SC002 14x14 Rubble Street Section Landscaping (14 x 14 cm) is a rubble-strewn street section for urban dioramas from the Vallejo Scenics line, designed for building model scenes, bases, and dioramas. This is not a standard paint, but a scenic element that complements the environment around the model and helps tell the story of the scene.
The product is suitable for creating urban, rural, industrial, or transportation environments. You can use it with plastic models, military vehicles, figures, railway scenes, and smaller display bases. Thanks to its pre-formed shape, it saves time when building terrain and allows you to focus on painting, weathering, and details.
Before use, we recommend cleaning the piece, dry-fitting it to check placement, and gluing it to a solid base as needed. To unify the surface, apply a primer, followed by paints, washes, pigments, and drybrushing according to the desired setting.
Recommended Use and Combinations
- Type: Street with rubble for an urban diorama
- Use: for creating urban, rural, industrial, or transportation environments
- Scale: Always verify based on the product dimensions and the intended scene
- Painting: Vallejo Model Color, Vallejo Model Air, or Vallejo Game Color, depending on the scene’s style
- Patina and Effects: washes, pigments, drybrush paints, and Diorama FX
- Primer: Vallejo Surface Primer
- Gluing and assembly: model glue
- Tools: model-making brushes
When working on scenery elements, it’s important to work in layers: base colors, shadows in crevices, highlighting edges, and finally, localized dust, rust, mud, or vegetation. This way, even a simple accessory will blend naturally with the rest of the diorama.
