1/48 Bristol Bulldog Mk.II double-sided express fit mask for Airfix
ASK mask for the Airfix Bristol Bulldog Mk.II biplane in 1/48 scale comes as a double-sided Express Fit set. The small sheet carries two groups of three small masks and four large ring-shaped masks.
ASK drew up these masks itself, directly for the parts of the Airfix Bristol Bulldog Mk.II kit in 1/48 scale. With the Bulldog's open cockpit, set 200-M48259 from the SCALE MASK range is a modest one: the single sheet contains two groups of small shaped masks 1–3 and 5–7 (each including one round mask) and four large ring-shaped masks 4.
The Bristol Bulldog was an inter-war single-seat biplane fighter of the Royal Air Force. The first aircraft were delivered in May 1929; the Mk.II was the first production version, powered by the Bristol Jupiter VII radial, and 92 were built. The Bulldog left RAF Fighter Command in July 1937 but served with flying training schools for a few more years.
