1/35 Soviet Combat Engineers - Miniart
The MiniArt 1/35 Soviet Combat Engineers is a plastic kit of five Soviet Second World War sapper figures. The engineers are shown detecting and clearing mines.
Red Army engineer units cleared lanes through minefields, built bridges and constructed field fortifications during the Second World War. Detecting and clearing mines was among their most dangerous tasks.
The set from the WW II Military Miniatures Series contains five figures. The manufacturer's artwork shows the engineers with mine detectors and a mine probe, weapons and a lifted mine; some of the soldiers wear camouflage suits.
The figures suit Soviet vehicles in 1/35 scale as well as a stand-alone scene on a front-line road. Paints and glues required for assembly are not included.
