The set contains two resin fin parts with fine surface detail, cast on blocks marked BN. The manufacturer recommends it for the Trumpeter MiG-23BN in 1/48 scale; set 4792 covers the ML fighter version.

The MiG-23BN was a fighter-bomber of the MiG-23 family, widely exported and operated by the Czechoslovak Air Force among others. A model with a corrected fin outline makes a fine addition to a collection of Cold War Warsaw Pact aircraft. The base kit is not included.
