IBG Models 72U059 – two pilot seats with seatbelts for the Gotha Go 242/244 in 1:72 scale is a 3D-printed replacement for the kit interior parts. The set reproduces the seat frames, upholstery, fittings and belts. It is designed for all IBG Models Gotha Go 242/244 kits.

Recommended procedure

Check the position of the seats, frames and controls against the kit instructions before removing the parts.
Remove printing supports gradually with fine cutters or a sharp knife; do not lever against the belts or thin frames.
Test-fit the parts inside the fuselage and adjust contact surfaces only in small steps.
Degrease and prime the surface, then paint the seat surfaces, metal frames, belts and buckles separately.
Fix the assembly with a small amount of cyanoacrylate adhesive; polystyrene cement will not bond the 3D-printed material.

Note: the plastic kit is not included.

Use model paints and primers and adhesives suitable for 3D-printed parts to finish the model.
