AK Acrylics 3GEN AFV Series RAL 8000 Gelbbraun (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11327 RAL 8000 Gelbbraun is an acrylic paint from the 3GEN AFV Series (18 ml). This yellow-brown is one of the colours worn by Afrikakorps vehicles in North Africa.
RAL 8000 Gelbbraun is part of AK Interactive's third-generation 3GEN acrylics, specifically the AFV Series for armour and military vehicles. Supplied in an 18 ml dropper bottle, it is formulated by the manufacturer for brush and airbrush.
From 1941, German vehicles in North Africa were painted in RAL 8000 Gelbbraun combined with RAL 7008 Graugrün; in 1942 these were superseded by RAL 8020 Braun and RAL 7027 Grau. AK Interactive includes the colour in its AK11652 Afrika Korps set, so it serves for DAK tanks, half-tracks and wheeled vehicles from the early desert campaign.
