AK RCS023 Complementary Clear Colors This is a set of transparent Real Colors for tinting clear parts, lights, lenses, and chrome or metallic surfaces. Individual shades can be mixed together to create additional color nuances without obscuring the underlying detail.
Set contents – 3 × 10 ml
- RC504 Clear Blue – transparent blue
- RC507 Clear Yellow – transparent yellow
- RC508 Clear Smoke – transparent smoke
Control the intensity of the shade by applying multiple thin layers. Work with extra care on clear parts, and apply each additional layer only after the previous one has dried thoroughly.
Recommended airbrush procedure
- Mix the paint thoroughly; the pigment must be evenly dispersed.
- Depending on the nozzle and the desired fineness, thin the paint with AK RC701 High Compatibility Thinner or AK RC702 High Compatibility Thinner.
- Spray in several thin layers, allowing the surface to dry briefly between layers.
- Once completely dry, you can proceed with washes, oils, pigments, and other patina products.
This is a lacquer-based paint. Work in a well-ventilated area, use appropriate respiratory protection, and always follow the safety instructions on the label.
