AK Acrylics 3GEN Aircraft Series RAF Medium Sea Grey Bs381c/637 (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11843 RAF Medium Sea Grey BS381C/637 is an acrylic paint from the 3GEN Aircraft Series (18 ml). This medium grey matches British Standard BS381C/637 for RAF aircraft.
AK Interactive's Medium Sea Grey belongs to the Aircraft Series of its third-generation (3GEN) acrylics. The shade is referenced to British Standard BS381C/637; the paint comes in an 18 ml dropper bottle and the range is designed for brush and airbrush.
From August 1941, Medium Sea Grey covered the undersides of RAF fighters in the Day Fighter Scheme, with Ocean Grey and Dark Green on the upper surfaces. AK Interactive offers the colour both in the AK11723 WWII RAF Aircraft Colors set and in its modern RAF colours set, so it serves for Spitfires, Typhoons and other Second World War British aircraft as well as later types.
