1/32 OV-10D Bronco

The North American Rockwell OV-10 Bronco was designed as a multirole light combat aircraft with high maneuverability and the ability to operate from short takeoff and landing areas. Due to its rugged design, strong construction and wide range of potential uses, the OV-10 was usedused in both Forward Air Control (FAC) and direct air support roles.

The OV-10D Bronco version was significantly upgraded to meet the needs of the United States Marine Corps (USMC). This variant received more powerful Garrett T76-G-420/421 turboprop engines, improved avionics, and a FLIR infrared sensor for night operations. It was also equipped with pylons to hang a wide range of armament including AGM-114 Hellfire cruise missiles, Hydra 70 unguided missiles and underhung gun containers.

The 1/32 scale OV-10D Bronco kit offers modelers the opportunity to build a detailed replica of this legendary aircraft. It features plastic parts with finely engraved panels, a fully equipped cockpit with seating for a crew of two, detailed avionics and the ability to display open gunports. The model also includes a realistically rendered landing gear and various variants of suspension armament.
