AK Acrylics 3GEN Aircraft Series Rlm 04 (17 ml)
AK Interactive AK11813 RLM 04 is an acrylic paint from the 3GEN Aircraft Series in an 18 ml bottle. Yellow RLM 04 was used by the Luftwaffe throughout the Second World War for quick recognition markings.
The shade is part of the 3GEN Aircraft Series, in which AK Interactive gathers specific aircraft colours of different air forces and periods. The bottle holds 18 ml and, according to the manufacturer, the paint is suited to brush and airbrush alike.
AK Interactive includes the paint in the AK11720 Luftwaffe Fighter Colors 1941-1944 set, where it complements RLM 74, 75 and 76, the basic day fighter camouflage colours. The manufacturer notes that RLM 04 was commonly used for various quick recognition markings throughout the war, so modellers use it on German aircraft of all categories from 1939 to 1945.
