Recommended Procedure
- Cut the buckle apart with a sharp scalpel on a sturdy surface and clean up the cut edges.
- Prepare a strip of the appropriate width and thread it through the buckle before installing it on the model.
- Shape the strap to create a natural sag or tension, and secure the assembly at specific points with cyanoacrylate adhesive.
- After applying a base coat, highlight the metal edges and add weathering effects appropriate for the model’s setting.
Use model paints for the final color finish; secure the photo-etched parts with a small amount of cyanoacrylate adhesive. Neither the model nor the cargo are included in the package.
