1/72 Avenger AS.4

The Sword Avenger AS.4 is a 1/72-scale plastic model kit designed to be assembled and painted.

The Avenger AS.4 is based on the rugged Grumman TBM-3S carrier-based aircraft and represents its anti-submarine service in the postwar naval aviation. The model is suitable for fans of the Fleet Air Arm and the Royal Canadian Navy.

This edition offers two marking options for the Fleet Air Arm and the Royal Canadian Navy.

Building Recommendations

• Before gluing, we recommend dry-fitting the parts and checking the geometry of the wings, tail surfaces, and landing gear.
• It is advisable to prepare the cockpit, canopies, landing gear bays, and antennas as separate subassemblies.
• For a clean finish, use primer, thin layers of model paint, decal solution, and a final coat of clear coat according to your chosen color scheme.

Model adhesives, fillers, sanding materials, primers, model paints, and decal solutions are suitable for this build. Paints and adhesive are not included in the kit unless otherwise specified.
